This is our current print farm consisting of P1S's and a X1C modified to handle carbon fiber nylon filaments. The X1C is outfitted with all metal extruder gears and a E3D diamond coated nozzle for prototyping. We use our remaining 4 P1S's for manufacturing products for Amazon.

We print designs in high strength material for testing such as PA6-CF15 or PA612-CF15 which is a Nylon filament with 15% infill that with stand up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit, we are working to soon have PPS-CF10 which can with stand 500 degrees Fahrenheit with extreme strength for testing and fitting components before manufacturing them via CNC.

We at PRD Machineworx test and QC our product before the product is finalized for full-scale production and shipment. We analyze the environment and situations the product will be exposed to, which dictates what material the product will be manufactured in. Some products require CNC aluminum, others high strength carbon fiber nylon filame

Some products require CNC aluminum, others high strength carbon fiber nylon filaments such as Fiberon or Bambu Labs PA6-CF, while other prints can be just PLA.
